Internet speed issues


  • I get Ultimate 300: 300 Mbit/s / 20 Mbit/s service from Time Warner Spectrum. I have noticed that on my old Eero routers I used to get 300 to 350 down and 20-27 up. Once I switched to Amplifi HD, I get around 167 down and 20 up. Has anyone else had this kind of issue or know how to fix it?


  • @tyler-pruce are you measuring speed from a wirelessly-connected device or from a device wired to the network?

    If wired, I suggest going to Amplifi.lan in a web browser and turning on hardware NAT and see if that helps. If not, try rebooting the router. I had some bad speeds and other issues at first, and rebooting solved it.
