Reverse parental controls/quiet time

Let's start with some praise, lovely products!
Now to the issue. As a parent I'm limiting the online time for my kids ps4, ipads etc. Issue is for example the ps4 which have a few hours here and there during the week. Schedule is a pain to setup if the allowed hours are few. Would be lovely to have the device totally quiet besides the hours we are allowing.
