I Have the exact same issue. There is no network (no wifi or LAN). Cannot reset (no reaction at all to reset). Can USB connection do anything?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If your AmpliFi unit refuses to react to a manual factory reset (inserting a paperclip into the reset hole located on the bottom of the router for 5 seconds), then lets get a new unit swapped out to you if you are still within our 1-year warranty.
