Can't resolve www.example.com?!

  • I have to wonder, am I crazy or is it really the case that the Amplifi somehow blocks me from resolving www.example.com? I noticed because the build system Bitbake checks internet connectivity by trying to connect to www.example.com and then fails and indeed trying to resolve that with nslookup.

So, for example, I have the router set to use Cloudflare's DNS 1.1.1.1 and I can't resolve www.example.com from my computer. But if I tell nslookup to use server 1.1.1.1 directly, no problem.

So, anyone else? This seems pretty stupid to be honest.

Looks like your connection to AmpliFi was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
