Hi. I have just connected my AmpliFi WAN port to the cable modem and getting above failure. No Internet access. Problem did not occur on previous Tilgin router.
Hello @ulrik-engemann-rasmussen, AmpliFi in most cases will need to be fully booted before powering on the modem, and not doing so can cause this error. Please try these steps:
- Connect WAN cable between modem and AmpliFi & power down both units>>Power on AmpliFi>>Once AmpliFi screen prompts to Plug in cable, power on the modem
Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues after this.
As a side note, some ISP's require that you provide them with the routers MAC ID.
