Slow 10/100 speed for internal traffic

I purchased an Amplifi HD router several weeks ago and have noticed slow speeds connecting to my Synology NAS and other devices on my network
I broke out the old 10/100/1000 Netgear switch and hooked my setup up like below. I can get transfer speeds of ~100-110MB/s
PC -> Netgear -> Synology
With the Amplifi router, I am getting 10-11MB/s max
PC -> Amplifi -> Synology
I don't have gigabit service from my ISP, so I haven't noticed any reduced speed there. Everything is wired.
Other things I have tried:
- Bridge mode - no difference in speed for internal traffic
- Hardware NAT - no difference in speeds
- Rebooting the router - no difference in speeds
This is starting to become a problem, backups that would normally take 30-40 minutes are taking close to 5-6 hours to complete.

I've been troubleshooting for several days now, and am still unable to achieve anything above 10/100 speeds for devices connected to the LAN ports. Factory reset, latest firmware, every combination of settings and connected devices, etc. The Amplifi HD is advertised as gigabit LAN ports, but I'm skeptical of that. I like the product for a small home like mine, but it looks like I will need to return the device.

It might be a device related issue, as I can confirm that I get 800/900Mbit/s + speeds (hard wired) when performing backups to my TimeCapsule (as said, via Ethernet).
@virgil-nicolae Did you ever find a resolution? I am experiencing the same issue on my Synology NAS. Thanks!

i am having the similar problem with my qnap nas.
what's going on with yours now?
I actually have 3 amplifi hd router here in my home and after i tried the slow internal traffic from my nas via the router, i changed it to another one with factory reset, and it do not solve the problem.
but it is weird that, the desktop connected to this router is not affected. it has 110MBps traffic.
there is some different setting i try
<-- cable --> qnap nas
<-- cable --> desktop 1
<-- cable in AP mode --> asus ac router <-- cable --> desktop 2
<-- cable --> desktop 1
<-- cable in AP mode --> asus ac router <-- cable --> desktop 2, qnap nas
the traffic speed of nas and desktop 1, and the traffic speed of nas and desktop 2 is very slow like around 1-11MBps and are not stable even sometimes to be only few KB/s.
the traffic between desktop1 and desktop2 is stable as 110MBps
in setting2, both desktop1 and desktop2 can has a good traffic with the nas, the speed is stable around 110MBps.
the traffic between desktop1 and desktop2 is also stable as 110MBps
so, it seems like, whenever I connect the nas to the amplifi router directly by a cable, this issue is affecting the traffic speed between the Amplifi and the nas.
i have no way to solve the issue and i have to connect the nas directly to the ac router in order to get a best speed.
do you guys has any idea on how to solve?
is it there is some setting conflict between the router and some functions of the nas?
I has read the post in the official website and it is mentioned something about the gatekeeper about a router.
Nas is somewhat more complicated in the network setting. so I guess, is that any setting is affecting this?
I am not expert. if someone can figure out what's the issue, please reply. Thanks.
