Wired connection is very slow
-
Hi, I have a FTTH connection with 600/60 speed. I'm using a hitron modem from my ISP in bridge mode and AmpliFi Router HD connected to the modem. My PC is connected to the router via ethernet. I'm running firmware version 2.9.3, hardware NAT is enabled.
PC ---cable---> AmpliFi router ---cable---> modem: speed is 50-100 Mbps
Iphone ---wifi---> AmpliFi router ---cable---> modem: speed is around 300 Mbps
PC ---cable---> modem (so skipping AmpliFi): speed 600 MbpsPlease help.

Hi @mariusz-truszkowski - if you run your HD in Bridge mode behind the modem do you still obtain close to the 600 Mbps?
PC ---cable---> AmpliFi Bridge Mode ---cable---> modem: speed ???Does WiFi also maintain around 300 Mbps in Bridge mode?

@derek-saville Hi Derek, thanks for your reply. I just checked in bridge mode as you suggested and I get the 600 Mbps with a wired connection and 300 with WiFi.
Switching back to router and wired connection is back at < 100 Mbps.

Hi @mariusz-truszkowski - there have been reports of similar issues on this forum that AmpliFi are investigating
There is a beta firmware that you can register for and try by contacting @UBNT-Brett
It would also help if you could generate a support file and send it to him

Hi guys, I'm happy to close this topic as I found the problem, it was in fact not linked to the AmpliFi. I don't know how exactly but MSI Gaming Lan app caused the network issues, uninstalled it and my speed is at stable 600 Mbps. Thanks for your support and wasting some of your time.
