On line customer support

  • After the power supply failed on my Amplifi router, I emailed their support after explaining how I confirmed it was the power supply itself. "Victor" replied I should plug it into an outlet that matches the voltage written on the power supply. I guess "Victor" thinks he is quite clever to come up with this one.

  • @john-lawrence Sadly, I've not been able to find another power source that works if you have the USB-C version, and I've tried about 8 different power supplies. 😞

  • @john-lawrence I am sorry for your poor experience using our support. I will be addressing this to improve our future interactions. The power supply is covered under our 1 year manufacture warranty, I will be contacting you directly so we can begin the replacement process.
