Intermittent drop of internet connection reported by router

Re: Internet drops every 20 minutes
Have had recurrent display of “No Internet Connection” on the Amplifi router while internet connection to all hardwired network is fine. Tested line and no problem and replaced same line with Apple AirPort Extreme and fine but obviously less range. Saw old thread on this but no resolution. Thoughts?

@joel-cobb I don't recall this being report since the prior times to which an update addressed it. Can you generate support files for me right after the display shows "No Internet Connection" and send them to me?

@ui-brett I've got "No Internet Connection" start to appear sporadically on 3.0.1 firmware. Connection drops about every 10 minutes. Unplugging ethernet cable from the modem and plugging in back get things back to normal for another 10 minutes. I've power cycled modem, router, no avail. I'm attaching a support report (too bad I didn't catch it right in the middle of the issues): 0_1563652289288_AFi-R-HD_18e829c371d6_2019-07-20_10-19-21-enc-cluster.tar
I've downgraded to 2.9.1 for now. I'll see if the problem still manifests itself on that firmware.

@UI-Brett I've got the same issue with 2.9.1 firmware.
I took 2 support files downloads for 2.9.1:
- 0_1563741043790_AFi-R-HD_18e829c371d6_2019-07-21_13-24-10-enc-cluster.tar -- while the no internet connection issue were present
- 0_1563741163583_AFi-R-HD_18e829c371d6_2019-07-21_13-26-39-enc-cluster.tar --after I've unplugged modem ethernet cable from the router and plugged it back.
Same as with 3.0.1 bouncing the uplink network interface on the router resolves the issue for some time.

@konstantin-zadorozhny After looking at your support files, not all AmpliFi devices are on the same FW version. The router is rolled back but the mesh points are still on 3.0.1 which can certainly cause issues. Would you like to roll back the firmware on the mesh points for testing purposes or disconnect them from the network to test?

@ui-brett Thank you for taking a look at the support files. Good to know it is preferable to run the same FW version on all devices. I'll keep in mind in the future.
But I've upgraded my router back to 3.0.1 after I've collected 2.9.1 files. It was a smooth sailing for the last couple days.
I'll keep everything on 3.0.1, if you don't mind, and see if the issue reappears. I'll post 3.0.1 support files if that happens.
