Unlock more 5Ghz channels in Europe!

I were surprised to see that the Aplify HD only supported the UNII-1 Channels. Around my house, there is high interference on the UNII-1 Channels, where the UNII-2(ext) have no signals run-in gom them.
Are there plans to extend the channel picks in Europe? This will hugely impact the speed and airtime at my house.

As much as I'd also love to see more channels unlocked (e.g. these are the channels that can potentially be used in the UK), I'm assuming the issues mentioned in the other topic you linked surrounding DFS (and licensing/certification in some cases) still apply.
