Remote Access is endless beachball

I had a client enable remote access via his FB account. I logged into the IOS App and used his credentials. Now it just sits there "Please Wait. Looking for Amplifi devices." This never goes away. He's not running a VPN. His provider is Comcast. He's in California, I'm in Nevada.

I know that when I am at work and trying to connect back to my home Amplifi, I have to turn off my wifi connection on my phone to force the connection through the cell data or it will just spin like you are describing. Probably because of the security on my work wifi. Once wifi is off, I connect instantly.

If you're on IOS, it could be some content blocker that's denying Social Media connection used for your login...
I don't know. I tried turning it off (Under Safari settings) and it worked for me.

@geoffrey-miller If you are trying to connect from work and you are not the admin it could be that Social Media sites and logins are being blocked by the company. When I was the admin for a company we blocked Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
