AmpliFi Teleport VPN - How to Generate an Access Code ?

I have downloaded the Android Teleport App, but can't find any user instructions.
In particular how do I get my Amplifi HD Router to generate the required access code?
It would be helpful if there was a user manual somewhere, or am I missing something?

When I tried to generate a code I got this.
I show logged in via remote access. I figure I'd log out then log back in. When I do that the option to generate a code isn't even there anymore even though I can see my router and network without issue.
Sigh......

@steve-hess If you sign out of the account you are using and sign back in does the remote access feature appear?

I am also getting the "Oops" message. Tried logging out and logging back in, but same issue.. any ideas?

@dan-overy-0 Do you get this message when connected directly to the network or while remote on wifi or on cellular? Or both?

@dan-overy-0 Thank you for the update. Can you please test something for me, then generate support files so we can review this?
- Uninstall both the AmpliFi app and the Teleport app and reinstall.
- Try and generate a code from another mobile device.
- Attempt to connect again, and then generate support files for me.

@dan-overy-1 Yes, use the app and it will automatically send to us, or if you used the WebUI to download send to help@amplifi.com
