In this old thread, UI-Brett asked for information tied to WAN status. I just bought amplifi, with a surfboard mode,.... i am being dropped a lot, and the diagnosis screen:
WAN green check
IP Address green check
Gateway Address green check
DNS address red X with ipv4 config error
Internet connectrion red X with ipv4 config error

@cab-nwnwpn Can you try to manually set your DNS address in AmpliFi? This would be needed if the DNS server from the ISP cannot be reached or is not responding. The most common one would be google's which is Primary: 8.8.8.8 Secondary: 8.8.4.4
