Only ohne LAN-Port left
After a reboot, only one LAN-Port is Working. Reboot or a longer time powerless dont help.
What can I do ?

@karl-heinz-schneider If the LAN ports stopped functioning and it is hardware related, the only thing to do would be to submit an RMA claim.
The quickest test I can provide which does not require any additional components to test is:
- Power on AmpliFi and remove connection to the modem
- Use one ethernet cable and connect one end into the WAN port, and the other into LAN 1
- Using the AmpliFi app, connect to the network and select Diagnose. If the WAN check is green, the LAN port is good. If the WAN check is red, then the LAN port is broken.
- Repeat this test for each LAN port.
Hallo, I make the Check.
3x the Computer geht no Connection, the Check was ok, on the Router Display the Port is Not Displaydesign as connected.
The Port thats Working, Check ok and the Router Display Show the Port as connected.
@karl-heinz-schneider So the test shows that the ports were working, but your computer still cannot get a connection. These mixed results are strange, are you with warranty so we can exchange through the RMA process?
My Amplifi is from Juli 2017, Hardware-ID 19 so i habe no warranty. The Ports Look like that there are „ Switched off“. Do you have refurbished Routers ? If I have a another Router i can Check if a total reset can help.
