System can’t find new mest point

Hello.
I have just bought a new HD Router which I wish to set up as a mest point in my existing system.
However, the new HD Router neither appears in the app nor on the access point router’s screen. And all it says on the new HD Router’s screen is “Plug in cable”.
How do i solve this?

@janus-køster-rasmussen That screen indicates that it has already been configured and is not in an "Out of box" state.
Use a paperclip and trigger the reset button on the bottom of the device. Once the LCD screen asks you to download the mobile app, your existing AmpliFi router's LCD screen should detect the new mesh and ask you to add it to the network.
