Unable to connect to the VPN on LTE

Hey, this used to work, but it seems that no more, I don’t know why.
When trying to connect when on home wifi, it connects fine, however it always fail when on LTE which is the most important thing it should work for.
Last time I tried it and it worked was like week ago.
EDIT: after few more times this is error what I am getting now
I can even see the external IP of my mobile carrier trying to connect through VPN, but still it won’t be successfull.

Have you rebooted your phone by any chance?
Just a suggestion because my gf had a similar issue and it worked after she rebooted her phone.
Also which phone are you using eg Iphone, Samsung, lg, Oppo, etc?

Did you receive a message on your phone saying that your telco operator has updated your phone config ?
They are obviously able to block some service and some do it.

@roman-bartík Who is your mobile provider? Did it previously work well?

@edward-dolezal just tried to restart it but still same issue, it’s iPhone X latest iOS version.

@ui-jt my provider is SWAN in Slovakia, but it worked well week ago. Only change I did in this time was to update your app for teleport and iOS to the newest version.

Also just to clarify I tried to reinstall app and set it up with teleport code from the main app, still without success. Only working on wifi.

Would like to add o have the same issue. T-Mobile Netherlands. Teleport app only works over wi-fi.

Is the carrier applying some sort of carrier grade Nat and blocking the required ports or something, personally that is something I'd expect from my ISP/ mobile carrier here in Australia.
Also how many bars of signal do you guys get and is it 4G or 3G?

@edward-dolezal it’s 4G/LTE and I get mostly full bars here. I would think of limitation from the side of the ISP, however week or 2 ago it was working tottaly okay, and I doubt they would apply those limitations just after I used it. What I think however is that some iOS updates could change some things regarding VPN and now it’s just not working, it also may be just bug in the iOS itself. It would need more people to test it.

Hi, can you please share a Support Info from your Router after trying to connect over LTE at least 3 times?

@ui-andrey I tried it 5 times, here is how it was today:
1st try - not successfull
2nd try - successfull after some time
3rd try - unsuccessfull
4th try - unsuccessfull
5th try - successfull after some timeIt’s really weird because few days ago it wasn’t working even after countless trying to connect. I uploaded the file here on the forum in this reply. If the files have any sensitive info in it, please delete it afterwards.
