Alien issues with Apple TV streaming

Having issues streaming 4K content with with the Alien router. Was not having issues with previous router. Does the auto channel selection pick the best channel based on available channels scanned for or should I try other channels?

@mark-larson Auto selection should choose the best channels in your area after it does a scan. If you look at the device under the family tab and go into client details is the Apple device using 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz and what is the RX/TX rate? Also try setting the channel width to 20/40Ghz for 2.4Ghz.

@ui-jt It is on the 5Ghz band and the RX is 866 Mbps and TX is 780 Mbps.

@mark-larson That is pretty good, does it buffer constantly or occasionally? Do you have it prioritized as gaming, or streaming?

@ui-jt were you able to find anything in the support file? I still have intermittent connection issues with other devices as well. Had streaming issues with my Peloton last night which is not normal.

@ui-jt Sorry I was not able to wait for the problems to be fixed before my return period was up so I returned the Alien routers. You can close this issue. Thanks for all your help.
