@huria-muuaii The fact that one person in x has a problem with an order, doesn't really imply that the company should take the guilt for it. It could be related to an isolated shipment problem or other delivery issues type. You could have encountered a wrong person on Sales. I wouldn't be so hard on the entire team for it.

@huria-muuaii The sales staff and support staff are two different departments and we do not share access to the same systems, so I am unable to look up your order or investigate this with you. I have reached out to our store team and provided them with your information to see if I can work as a man in the middle to help find a resolution since they are not members on our community. Support, and engineering should always get feedback from sales on customer satisfaction, customer requirements, and improving the unboxing experience.

Whats the problem with separate systems just sharing data?Why would you want support engineers going into an ordering system to look up a shipment status?

Sure, but they don't all need need to share systems, with direct access to each other's system, for that to happen
And don't forget QA & SCM also need access to the same data as well...

Should I hook up my alien router to my existing AT&T modem or should I use the alien router alone for my wifi needs? Please Help

Hi @Atorrez_2 - you will need to hook up the Alien to your AT&T modem
If the AT&T modem is also a router, then either the AT&T modem will need to be in Bridge mode (if possible) or the Alien placed in Bridge mode to avoid Double NAT issues
The Alien cannot replace the function of a modem

also, if my existing router from AT&T caps out at 50GB, because of the 50GB plan I have. will the speeds from the alien only go that high or do they provide their own speeds?

@Atorrez_2 Not everyone only has 50 Mbps internet. In addition, not all Wifi traffic is Internet bound. So if you’re a user who wants higher bandwidth within the local LAN (say your computer to your filer) or have much higher internet bandwidth than you currently appear to have (Gbit), then it can be beneficial. I’m sure there are more benefits to Wifi6 as well, but it’s not just the router that has to support it in that case, but your endpoints as well.

@Atorrez_2 For you Wi-Fi six might not be a big help as your service provider only hands you 50Mbps and any router could handle that I would think. The benefit would be you LAN network so if you have a Plex server or other LAN traffic that you pass often they will be done at gigabit speeds. The coverage will also be beneficial, as well as the look and user experience.
