Router network setup for 5000 sq feet 3 level home

Hi,
Looking at Alien wifi router or gaming router setup for wifi coverage for 6-8 nest cameras, 5 smartphones, 1 printer, 3 laptops, smart washer/dry, 3 smart tvs.
I have wired house 3 rooms with cat6 which I will use for dedicated PC and gaming PC and 1 ethernet printer. Looking for 16 port switch for that.
Verizon FiOS for internet. Verizon has their own wifi router I saw also. So not sure if it is better to utilize that but prefer not rent a router.
Suggestions?
