+1 - this would be a very useful feature and keep me from shopping for another router with more complete vpn support.

@henshaw I would love this facility. I am currently sitting at work on my MacBook connected to the Internet through my iPhone, and I would like to remote into my iMac at home.
I used to use "Back to Mac" many years ago when it existed and have been missing the facility since Apple retired it.

An absolutely needed feature. In these days of identity theft and cyber crimes every public Wifi access point poses a danger. I would definitely recommended anyone to invest in Amplifi home solution if the VPN on desktop OSes would have been there

I cannot put my disappointment into appropriate words regarding the tone deaf suggestion that router to router vpn solves this need. The Alien is a consumer product and we're not trying to connect LANs, we're trying to browse safe and access local resources when we're using laptops away from home. I'm disappointed more than anything; this company was a beacon of hope in a pretty terrible business space back in 2015. How the mighty have fallen. +1 from me as well for desktop apps.
For anyone with an M1, you're able to install the mobile app on your pro/air/mini. For everyone else (and probably the M1 people as well), maybe buy a different router until these folks get back to their roots.

+100 for OSX, Windows, and Linux. This is an essential feature! If you don't want to implement a new app, make the VPN compatible to the OpenVPN standard and then there are clients for all platforms available already.

It's shocking that we even have to ask for this feature. But here it goes: please add a desktop VPN client. I'm most interested in Linux and MacOS, but there are tons of Windows folks out there as well that would like to have this.

I'm simply amazed, that there is no reaction from Ubiquiti.
Are we not good customers, any more?
I wouldn't want to throw away my Amplifi furniture, but without this elementary facility, it's hard to be kept.
It's a pitty!

Dear Ubiquiti, could you PLEASE give us consumers an Amplifi Teleport app for MacOS and Windows 10?
I have seen multiple threads on your forums regarding this, but I'm not sure if you even have seen those threads. This would be VERY MUCH appreciated, and possibly would make your router a bit more popular, specially now with so many people caring about privacy, so many people actually buying NAS boxes to store their own files. I think this would be huge move, and could be very well advertised as a privacy conscious product. And right now this is very hot topic.
