How to connect to DSL modem through Amplifi?
-
So my DSL modem IP address is 192.168.1.1 and my Amplifi 192.168.0.1. My DSL modem is set to transparent bridging and the Amplifi supplies the PPPoE settings and everything is working fine. The problem is putting 192.168.1.1 in the browser doesn't connect to my DSL modem to make changes. With the ASUS router I previously had (now fried) this would work so with Amplifi how do I get to my DSL modem to make configuration changes? Sure I can set a manual IP on my laptop and directly connect to it using ethernet it but that's a pain!

@estesbubba Yes, that can be done by following this support article.
For iOS, change the subnet section.
For Android, modify the 3rd octet in the DHCP Range Start field.

@UI-Brett I already have my Amplifi DHCP setup how I want using 192.168.0.1. What I need to know is what IP should I give my DSL modem so I can access it? With my previous router it was 192.168.1.1 and it worked but that doesn't with the Amplifi.

@estesbubba You may have to change the WAN internal IP address so it matches the subnet of your modem.
