DHCPv6 PD and SLAAC

Comcast announces both a SLAAC address and a DHCPv6 PD. Amplifi seems to handle both by giving the clients an address based on the DHCPv6 PD and a ULA address based on the SLAAC address. However, in the presence of DHCPv6 PD, why would Amplifi announce ULA as well?

@RuiPaulo the amplifi's ipv6 implementation seems busted. Mine is also sending out ULAs now and not DHCPv6 PD addresses, despite it getting a block from my isp (webpass). It was working previously, but it stopped with 3.4.0 and factory resetting and restoring backups, etc, don't seem to help get it working again.
