@Derek-Saville Derek thank you for trying to help here. I am well aware of what needs to happen but I'm waiting on this third rate support to stop holding my internet hostage and actually send me the file. I'm going on day 3 of zero support from this company.
Thanks to this perceived benefit of hiding firmware from users not only will I not be buying a second one of these units for a mesh but my friends at work who were considering buying an Alien on my recommendation will certainly be not. I should have researched the support of this product before buying I guess. Lesson learned. I just assumed this being an Ubiquiti company they wouldn't make such a terribly bone-headed decision which leaves their clients without working WiFi for extended periods.
Having worked for several wireless device companies in the past I'm just baffled and pissed off beyond belief right now.

@kane3030 Can you possibly upload the file somewhere so other users who desperately need the file can download it?

@arfett Files sent.

@UI-JT Please send me a link to the 3.2.5 firmware download. wifi on 2.4 GHz it's very slow after firmware upgrade to 3.3.1. Thank you.

@UI-Brett I just plugged my unit in, set it up, updated firmware, and then the forums. Should I have not updated the firmware?
-
@tom531 I also feel like as soon as I updated I lost 100 down.

@UI-Brett @UI-JT hi I am experiencing the same issue as the gentleman above all the devices seem connected but massive packet drops and no internet connectivity on the devices connected wirelessly.

Has anyone in this thread that was having network performance issues on v3.3.1 upgraded to v3.4.0 yet and have you seen those issues fixed?
-
@Nanookfan I didn’t have any issues with 3.3.1 that were noticeable. 3.4.0 has been fine for me.
