Upgraded and now ethernet ports do not work and one unit keeps dying!!

@Scott-A-Sereboff Have you tried rolling it back to older firmware version? Does it reboot or completely shut off and not come back?

I have 3 Aliens connected via wired backhaul. I seem to be having a ton of problems since updating to 3.3.1. Randomly, I am losing connectivity. I see very strange handoffs and slower than expected speeds throughout. I have a feeling that properly troubleshooting the issue will take a significant amount of time, which I can't give right now.
I have not rolled back to 3.2.5 because one support document I saw said that the Alien does not support downgrading firmware at this time. Is that the indeed the case, because I'd roll back in an instant if I could...

Hi @Isaac-Matarasso - the rollback feature isn't implemented yet, but you can still manually install previous firmware releases
If you send @UI-Brett or @UI-JT a direct Chat message they can provide you a download link, but they also request that you send them Support Info files to review as well
If you are so inclined, beta firmware v3.4.0rc1 has been released and you can sign up for it in the web UI
But I would recommend obtaining the previous firmware v3.2.5 link before you try it out so you have a fall back in case the latest beta doesn't resolve your issues
