Port Speed


  • Is there a way to see what speed the WAN port has negotiated? Whether it's negotiating lower due to the cable modem or due to some failure?


  • @Andrew-Kraut Not within the AmpliFi app there is not. If you generate support files, we can review and see what the WAN port is negotiating at from there however if you would like me to take a look.


  • @UI-Brett Thanks for the offer. I got it sorted out. My Cable provider was pushing a profile to my modem for the wrong model number. Though, it would be helpful in the future if the screen with all the WAN info also showed the port speed. A screenshot would have proved it for them. With the photo of my cable modem, they only said "Yeah, that light is always orange." 🙄
