failed to initiate scan

because mesh point firmware is too old,i need update firmware , i try to connect and setup mesh point. but It reminds me failed to initiate scan，how can i fix it , and update firmware.

Hi @ccy123 - it looks like they want you to use a paperclip to do a factory reset, install in 3rd party router mode, update the firmware, then factory reset again before installing it as a mesh point?
