Hello. Whenever I try to Reboot Alien from iOS application, it says rebooting, the bar fully loads and then it gets stuck like this. The only option remains to unplug it and plug it back in. I'm the only one facing this issue or is this a sw bug?
And another question.... is there an option to change the temperature in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit as it is by default?

@Marius-BOGDAN The temperature reading is set based on your country, no ability to change that in the app as of yet.
Others have reported the same issue when rebooting from the iOS app, but even after replacing the units we have still been unable to replicate this in our test environment using defective units from customers who have reported this. Can you share with us which iOS device you are using when this happens? Does this happen with any other mobile device?

@UI-AmpliFi Thank you for your reply. Regarding temperature.... I cannot select Romania from the list of countries as it has only US
It would be good if this would be an available option regardless of the country of use....
In terms of iOS devices... I've tried from my iPhone 11 PRO and also iPad PRO v2.... from both it gets stuck.
Further more, a couple of days ago I've factory reset it (I thought this will resolve the eventual issue) and the same thing is happening when I'm keeping pressed the Reset button on device. It displays the message that it's restoring to factory, the bar fully loads and it gets stuck like this. I had to unplug it to restart itself and it did reset it to factory. I've tried this 3 times and each time it got stuck.

@Marius-BOGDAN I will add your vote to the feature request for the ability to change the temperature unit.
Would you like to process an RMA for your Alien and test this issue with a new unit?

@UI-AmpliFi thanks but no...this issue is not a big deal comparing to how satisfied I am in terms of what it does
I’m sure it will disappear with the next firmware. If not....I can live with it

@UI-AmpliFi hello. Can I change my mind regarding RMA and test a new unit? Now I’m facing connection drops from IOT devices on 2.4GHz
And the reboot is still not working and blocking the Alien on “Restarting” until I unplug it and plug it again. I believe something is defective though... Can you please help me with RMA procedure?
