Security of guest network with weak password?

Hi! I have an Alien router with a strong password on the Primary network. For the Guest network I use a medium/weak password so it's easy for occasional visitors to type into their phones. My password manager keeps reminding me that the Guest password sucks. Is this exposing me to a real security risk? If someone hacks my Guest network, is that a problem?

@dribando You can disable your guest network and only activate with a timer, or with a connection limit if you want to increase security, but with the devices on a guest network being isolated from each other and the primary network, it poses a very small security risk
