Remote access not working on Cell network

On my iphone 11 pro max, after the last ios update, Amplifi app wont connect on T-mobile. If I connect to my work wifi it works fine. Also the teleport app no longer works. Cleared network settings. Reinstalled apps. No content blockers. Was working fine until 13.5.1. If I connect to any wifi it works, just not cell network.
Anyone else with this issue?

@Timothy-Farley We were not able to replicate this issue on the same phone and version, do you by chance have a second esim activated on this device?

@UI-Brett I am only using the 1 sim. I do have an Apple watch tied to it and the has cell service.
Update. Had them kill the sim and move me to the esim. Still does not work. I do have my apple watch tied so if you call it, it calls both. Its called T-mobile digits.

@UI-Brett Still no luck. Like I said I have an Apple Watch Series 5 with a phone number. Why would your App not work because my Apple watch has a phone number too?
After looking around it looks like its a Amplifi issue. Teleport does not work either. I notice a common thing is T-mobile and iOS.

@Timothy-Farley We are still trying to replicate, but with no success so I am not quite sure why you are experiencing this issue. Can you generate a support file for me after attempting to connect? ( disable wifi on your device and try to connect while in your home, then enable wifi to connect and download support info from the app).

I suspect it's a IOS issue. I have an iPhone X and last gen iPad Pro and I was unable to log into a network I routinely logged into at the stearlership service department for maint on truck.
