GRC ShieldsUp! Ping Report

I was doing some testing of my Alien router (latest prod firmware) on the GRC ShieldsUp! website (https://www.grc.com/shieldsup)
On the All Service Ports scan, it said that all my ports were stealthed (great!) but the router did reply to a Ping request:
Ping Reply: RECEIVED (FAILED) — Your system REPLIED to our Ping (ICMP Echo) requests, making it visible on the Internet. Most personal firewalls can be configured to block, drop, and ignore such ping requests in order to better hide systems from hackers. This is highly recommended since "Ping" is among the oldest and most common methods used to locate systems prior to further exploitation.
I have my Alien setup for remote access since I use the Teleport App, so I'm wondering if that could be the cause. I'd rather my router not be replying to random ping requests on the internet.
