What temperature does your alien run at typically?

I just got mine and set it up and I love it so far, but I’m curious on the operating temperatures people are running at? Mine seems to stay around 145, is that normal?

Hi @Hollis-Ingerson - @UI-Brett previously reported that Alien temps "...on average is between 140-160 consistently which is normal operation"

It also depends on your ambient temp in your household. I'm also getting the "normal operation" temp here at 145-147F with an ambient temp of 75F.

Mine runs between 143-157 and like @Damir-Alonso it all depends on the ambient temps of where the Alien is.

I’ve seen my router run anywhere between 140-155 degrees Fahrenheit. The 2nd router I’m using as a mesh point around 138-140.

The second floor of my house is generally cooler than the first floor. I would expect to see a difference in temps between both Alien units. I will conclude when the second unit gets here.

I decided to check the fan speed and just realized my fan has been running at ~2400rpm/153c. I remember when the ambient temps were cooler and I first got the Alien the fan would run at ~600rpm.
