WiFi Device Not in Device List

I have and Amplifi HD and I have a device that can connect via ethernet or WiFi. It had been connected to ethernet and working fine. I just moved the to a place that doesn't have an ethernet connection and it's in now connected via WiFI and working fine. However, the device does not show up in the Amplifi HD Devices list. It showed up when it was connected to ethernet but it does not show up when connected to WiFi. I already rooted everything. I can control the device so I know it's connected to WiFI, it just does not show up in the Amplifi HD Devices list and so can't change the priority. How do I get this device to show up in the Amplifi HD Devices list?

I am having the same issue with a single Wifi device. It is a single dell inspirion 11 3000. It is connected to the Wifi and can reach the internet, but is not adhering to a schedule and the icon for it shows greyed out.

In some environments a double NAT is used, and when two routers are broadcasting the same SSID, devices can work around the parental controls. Do you have two routers on your network? Possibly a modem/router combo that is still broadcasting?
