Wired connection stealing all bandwidth

Just got my alien on Friday and whenever my wired connections (PS4) are running my WiFi speeds are sub 20 Mbps but when my ps4 is off i get 300+ Mbps on WiFi. is there a way to run QoS on wired or limit the wired connection somehow so it doesn't destroy my wireless speeds?
