Ethernet devices lose connectivity on wireless node
-
Hey all,
I am facing an issue where ethernet connected devices on a wireless mesh node intermittently lose connectivity and disappear from the devices list.
My system consists of 3 amplifi HD routers, one of which is connected using ethernet backbone and one connected as a wireless mesh point.
My problem is with a NAS drive and a box running Ubuntu server that become unaccessible and are not visible in the devices list in the app. I did not have this problem when the devices were connected to the node that has ethernet backbone.
I can provide support info when necessary.

@Konstantinos-Bessas Yes, please generate Support Info right after you notice the devices have disconnected please.

@Konstantinos-Bessas Are you in firmware 3.4.2 ?

@UI-AmpliFi Done

@Eric35 That is correct

Have had AMPLI for over 2 years without any issues, since running 3.4.2 continues to lose connection to my Google Fiber, starts working again after reboot. This has now happened numerous times over the past month. Please fix this issue! Working from home is causing all kinds of issues. Had to move office downstairs in order to hard wire connection to router.

@Jordan-Gershon-0 This sounds like a possible port failure either on the Google device or on the AmpliFi, could also be a bad cable. Test each component.
