Can't see separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSID

I have the Ubiquiti Amplifi router and have disabled Band Steering and tried to set separate SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz - but they do not show when I search for wifis, only one SSID shows. Works fine, but I would like to be able to choose between the two manually on my devices. In the MAC Adresses I see the same address for the two networks. @nielsjung Enable an additional SSID and specify the frequency you wish to use. The main SSID cannot be separated.

I've tried to but am only seeing the 2.4 GHz wifi

@nielsjung If you power cycle the router is this setting still on? You may want to try naming the 5Ghz band something else as well.

Oh wait - it didn't..... for some reason I can't do anything to make the 5 GHz visible
I'm seeing two SSIDs - one with the "Wireless SSID Name" and one with the additional 2.4 GHz SSID name.
When connecting to the main one the connection is on 2.4 Ghz
Could my router be broken?
