True Device Prioritization

For those of us that don't have 1 Gbps WAN speeds... I would like to be able to make sure certain devices on my LAN (wired OR wireless) always have access to bandwidth when it needs it. Game console for example, I don't want my session to lag, because my wife started a download on her phone upstairs.

@Anthony_014 I agree. I would love for it to go as far as allowing us to limit bandwidth on a per device basis, to prevent certain devices from automatically streaming in full HD or 4K and eating up a ton of data.
