Reliability Issues?

One example where the router doesn't work is where I try to load up Instagram stories, not just on my device but literally on every device. Works fine on data though, same goes for random posts on Instagram, some posts/stories just won't load. Is it just me?

My wife and I watch Instagram stories all the time. We’ve never had an issue. Alien is running 3.4.0 and we both have iPhone X. Maybe try setting your DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Your ISPs DNS server might have issues.

interesting, it works fine with the company modem though, thats really odd to me and were also using the iPhone X

@Krio Funny I had that Instagram issue yesterday, have not tried today. I'm using the new beta.
