New Update Locked Up

  I just started to update my Alien Router and its 99% done and been locked up for an hour now what should I do. can I pull power? please dont tell me I have to reset everything I will flip out I have 800 of routers with the mesh

  @Charles-Corallo Can you try to reboot them? It sounds like the unit is bricked but please try a reboot and reset.
