Just purchased Amplifi Alien + MeshPoint


  • Hi! I just purchased a Amplifi Alien + MeshPoint -- I can't wait till it arrives and I can start using it.

    As I contemplate my purchase (and I'm still in the 30 day window) I started to think about the flaw that the MeshPoint is hardcoded to the router (I'm personally not thrilled about that).

    What is the companies policy if my router ever dies/has problems? Will you replace both the router and MeshPoint? To me that's the only correct way to honor the customer and keep them from losing two devices with a single stone.
