@UI-AmpliFi it’s the same as RC8 beta? Do I need to update? Thanks.
-
@UI-AmpliFi Sounds great - looking forward to see how things perform after update.
-
And it seems Denmark (or at least me) is part of the first wave... Will update in a few hours so kids wont be interfered during online school
-
@Pavel-Shirokikh normally the public release is more stable than the beta.
-
After installing this firmware the Display is stuck on 99% initializing on bootup
-
@kovasp just made physical power off/on without connected LAN cable.
-
With 3.5.0 I can notice that speeds are faster at the same place of my home (was 320/300, now 460/370 with 500 mbs ISP plan). Connection between router and devices shows better speeds too (according Amplifi app).
Of course, stucked about 30 minutes with Installing process
-
@Pavel-Shirokikh didn't make a difference.
-
Update here went without a hitch - 2 routers (1 running as RAMP).
First impression seems to have put the connectivity of my 34 connected devices somewhat better averaging at 85% - was closer to 80% on 3.4.3.
Temp, CPU and memory consumption seems about the same and currently at 59/3/39 on router. Will report back if things change.
-
@kovasp power and LAN off, wait about 5 minutes and power on. I had the same 10 minutes ago. Obviously it helps.
-
I updated from RC8 and everything seems okay.
-
@Racerprose in what country are you? For the update?
Thank you
-
@florin-troaca Canada
-
I updated from RC8 today, everything is OK! (Netherlands)
-
Having run through each iteration of Beta, this install went smoothly. It does initially seem snappier, than RC8, will be playing with it in the coming days.
initial speed tests (not on unit) stack up as follows on my 1.2GB/50Gb Charter LAN
These are subject to how busy the servers are so it's not definitive.
testmy.net 445.7/38.9 (probably traffic related) retested at 719.8/32.5
speedof.me 417.8/37.4 (probably traffic related) retested at 771.43/43.3
speedtest.net 796.8/41.04 (best showing ever)
-
Hi @UI-AmpliFi - can you confirm if there were any changes in the public v3.5.0 release versus the last RC8 beta firmware?
Still the same as in the past?
Thanks
-
I updated from RC8 and everything seems okay (Sweden).
-
Uptime closing in at 21 hours and the router and mesh are both solid at around 60 degrees (C), 3% CPU and 40 % mem. Wifi experience now at 88%. One happy camper right here
Good woork @UI-AmpliFi and devs!!!

Great job AMPLIFI team! 3.5.0 is rock solid here with ~70 devices. HomeKit devices are responding insanely fast. Super impressed with this router.
