Two dead Aliens

I got two Aliens that were at two different locations. Both, within a day of each other get stuck at 99% boot. I've seen the other threads with the troubleshooting and one did boot past 99% and worked for 20 minutes before it went back to the 99% .
The other is still stuck.Can I get a refund? Only seven months old.
