Connection dropping occasionally
Most of the time I get solid 100mbit in the entire house but occasionally the connection is either lost or becomes really slow. This is starting to become really frustrating and I can’t figure out what is going on. I have the latest firmware. Are there any logs you can access to see what is going on?
No one have any ideas about this?

I have the exact same issue and it’s been an issue for a few years now. Customer support said to provide logs, which I did, but they never figured out the issue. I have to restart the AP every so often. My wife’s iphone or Mac will even not connect, meanwhile I’ll be connected and fine standing right next to her.
That is not very encouraging to hear. I thought ubiquity were better than this. But it appears no one is even reading this forum.

I had the same issue as you describe. I'm on the latest fw for Amplifi HD.
I also have several Amplifi units that I manage - and no issues with them.
I did scan my area for interference from other WiFi:s and changed my channels.
After I changed channels I have never had the issue again.
