Daily error logs

@UI-AmpliFi If you are able to, can you please explain how you guys are aggregating errors that occur on the Amplifi Alien router? I noticed many users would have to submit their router logs for the Devs to analyze issues, but what does this mean for users who have issues and have no clue on how to open an incident ticket and/or submit their logs for analysis?
I think the device should be able to send the Dev team a daily log from all Alien router users (excluding private information, but include important data concerning the firmware and device performance itself) to improve current performance on all Alien routers and provide better insight for the Devs to take a look at common issues, problems and concerns.
If anyone would like to add more to this idea, I'm open to learning more from others perspective.
