Remote access freeze

  • Hi. I've had this happen to two of my clients now. One on an HD, the other on an instant. I see their devices on my list, I tap on one, it starts to connect but when the screen loads, it is more or less blank and I can't connect to it. Everything is working but I don't want to call the client and say, "Please reboot your router" just so I can log in and see all is ok....when it IS ok....or as you all know, I would have heard by now.

    Anyway to reboot it via that web browser login beta thing? Or any other ideas?
