Device connected to AmplifiHD (bridge mode) but Amplifi shows no IP address?

I have a strange situation where my Tesla Powerwall is connected to my home network (static DHCP from the ATT fiber modem) through a 2.4ghz network published from one of the 3 Amplifi HDs in RAMP mode.
However, when I try and ping the IP address from any device connected to my Amplifi HD wifi or wired networks, the pings time out. If I ping the Powerwall from a device directly connected to my ATT fiber router, it works correctly.
My Amplifi HD is in bridge mode and this is the only device where I am unable to ping. DHCP reservation was done from the ATT Modem UI.
Any idea what would cause this?
Modem config page shows device connected:
Config details show no IP address:
ATT modem shows device with IP address and connected:
UPDATE: I updated the firmware to 3.6.2 and restarted the routers. Like before, I was able to ping and access the UI on the Powerwall for some time and then it stopped working. However, it continues to work from the RPi connected directly to the ATT modem. Any ideas?
