Report missing icon - model field disappears

On the connected devices page, when doing Change icon > Report missing icon, the input field for the Model disappears as soon as I focus any of the input fields and the keyboard appears. This makes it pretty hard to type the model that is missing an icon. Using an Asus ZenFone 8.
