Upload Speeds (Wireless) Slow

Having issues with my upload speeds wirelessly on devices and getting 10-14mbps when our ISP service has 35mbps. When I'm hard wired to my Alien Router I'm getting 30mbps. Has anyone experienced this issue and know any solutions? Thanks in advance!

Yeah I already tried the factory reset and used the pin to reset it too. Still slow upload speeds
