LCD blank during regular use

This is actually my 3rd unit. I have 2 routers, one running as mesh and the other as the main router. The network seems to boot up just fine except the screen is either blank or it appears to be on a boot loop. I reached out to support about this but they suggested things like tapping on the screen and doing my 7th factory reset. I was asked to send over the MAC ID then nothing afterward. Has anyone run into this? The reason this is my 3rd unit is because the one I ordered a year ago came defective as well and I ended up taking it back to BestBuy. The screen seems to be fine when I roll back to factory settings but then it gets stuck on a boot screen within 30 mins or so.
