Has anyone been able to make a return? The RMA form link 404s and support is so disconnected from amplifi they cant help. I have emailed email@example.com as instructed days ago and never received an automated message or a reply. I have $360 just floating in the air and no one has gotten back to me about my return request. This is very frustrating, to the point that I am now VERY put off of ordering or recommending amplifi (I've RMAed ubiquiti stuff before no problem). Does anyone know if there is anymore I can do to resolve this? Ordered a mesh kit as a gift for someone and they no longer need it. I use ubiquiti gear so I have no use for amplifi stuff.
