Amplifi Alien not working with Airplay

I recently purchased a Amplifi Alien and have setup a default network, along with a 5ghz and 2.4ghz network as I don't want band steering. I have my phone connected to the 5ghz SSID, along with the Apple TV but I can't seem to play anything over AirPlay. It always fails at connecting.
I use Xfinity as my ISP, connected to a Netgear CM1000 (just a cable modem), which is linked to the Alien. Bridge mode is off, DHCP network, IPv6 enabled.
Any idea on what could be causing this issue?

@Jey-Balachandran So when you follow these steps, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204289 you are able to select your AppleTV?. It's only after selecting it that the stream does not start? You might try Apple's recommended troubleshooting steps, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204291
